Because no qualifications exist for cleaners within the contract cleaning industry, we have developed our own intensive training program which encompasses all health and safety considerations, hygiene standards, cleaning methodologies and professional conduct with clients and the public. This program is regularly reviewed and updated to ensure that our cleaners consistently deliver services which surpass the industry norm.

In addition, each member of our team - from our cleaners to managerial staff - receive ongoing mentoring and development to maintain our performance standards.

Site Induction

Our placement considerations include prior work experience which may be essential to your operations, such as hospitality or health care for example, or the individual’s level of comfort in working within public facing retail environments.

Each cleaner receives induction to your particular property, which ensures that all health and safety as well as service requirements are met.
